The staff of the FESTIVAL LAB academy and workshops will combine both professionals working at FIT festivals and external speakers including Mark Ball, Tilmann Broszat, Magda Grudzinska, Eva Neklyaeva, Gundega Laiviņa, Priit Raud, Sven Birkeland, Nataša Zavolovšek, Dragan Klaic, Julia Rowntree, Stefan Kaegi among others. Our facilitator Rose Fenton will follow and supervise the entire process of the training programme, and will be involved in elaboration of the academy programme and workshop themes.
